We recognize that whether you're a neighbor, a family member of a Registered Sex Offender (RSO), or an RSO yourself, you likely have questions about us and how we operate. Our goal is to provide clear helpful answers that address your questions and concerns. This page is designed to offer insights into our commitment to safety, rehabilitation, and community well-being. We encourage you to read through these FAQs and reach out to us if you need more information or have additional questions.

  • Yes

    We are already parole and probation approved.

  • Absolutely

    Residents can come and go as they please.

  • All men that are on the registry for a sex offense. On or off parole/probation. We accept those who are on monitors.

  • Community of others that are all on the registry. On-site coach who is walking with your loved one, step by step to reintegrate into society. This looks like careers instead of jobs, building credit, and planning your future. 

  • Coaching is one of the most valuable parts of the Aspire program. It provides guidance, accountability, and support to set and achieve meaningful goals. It’s included in the program cost, so it’s important to make use of it fully.

  • Coaching sessions can include budgeting, career planning, housing preparation, personal growth, and family restoration steps. Each session is tailored to individual needs, so you can expect practical guidance, accountability, and real conversations about goals and next steps.​

  • Our residents live in a large home in an upscale community. They share a room with one other person. Staff live on site and are highly involved in everyone's lives.

  • Yes, we have a set of rules designed to maintain a safe and productive environment. These include curfews, mandatory participation in house meetings, and adherence to parole requirements. You can download a our sample member agreement for more details.

  • We are connected - jobs, educational grants, financial coaching, life skills, IDs, health insurance, banking and emotional support. 

  • Call us for a brief interview.

  • Residents are encouraged to bring or purchase a vehicle. Until then, Uber and Lyft to get around Austin.

  • The Austin area job market is booming, and jobs are plentiful, even for registered sex offenders. We are well-connected in the community, see our resources for jail to jobs and trade schools below. 

  • Families are welcome, no minors. 

  • You will need to pay the remaining balance before moving in. Parole will call to confirm that all payments have been paid in full.

  • Yes

    We have no travel restrictions.

  • Residents attend two weekly meetings:

    • Recovery Meeting: Focused on personal growth, accountability, and mindset.

    • House Meeting: Covers community issues, updates, and accountability. These meetings support both individual progress and the overall home environment.
